ORDERS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after fulfillment begins.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the price and frequency displayed during checkout, plus applicable shipping and taxes.

Subscriptions continue until canceled. Customers may pause, skip, or cancel through their customer account or by contacting us before the next order is processed. Cancellation stops future charges but does not reverse an order already processed. Additional terms are provided in our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Dietary supplements are generally final sale except when an order qualifies for a replacement or refund under our published policy.

You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or reproduce content without permission; or violate the rights of SMT Wellness or another party.
