Cancellation policy

SMT Wellness subscriptions renew automatically at the delivery frequency selected by the customer. The payment method on file will be charged for each recurring order, including applicable shipping and taxes.

Customers may pause, skip, or cancel their subscription at any time through their Shopify customer account or by contacting SMT Wellness before the next order is processed. Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. Processed orders are subject to our Refund Policy.

Subscription pricing and product availability may change. Customers will be notified when required before material changes take effect.
